M-Space

M-Space began with a plain observation: small industrial space was uninspiring. The name stands for Multiple Use Space - buildings given real architectural detail, considered landscaping and the versatility to become whatever their owner needs, from storage and showrooms to offices and studios.

More than 150 units across ten developments in Australia and New Zealand have since been turned into manufacturing floors, jewellery and lighting studios, IT offices, private bars and poker rooms. Owner-occupiers and investors have seen strong capital growth along the way - the measure of a more considered approach to small-scale commercial property.
